Returns
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must:
- Be in excellent condition
- Be free from damage, excessive wear, or misuse
- Include original packaging whenever possible
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase
Items that have been heavily used, damaged after delivery, or altered cannot be accepted for return.
Food-Contact & Hygiene Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items that come into direct contact with food may not be eligible for return if they show signs of significant use.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our hygiene and quality standards.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@werdde.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
Our team will ensure the issue is resolved promptly and with care.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
