Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will gladly assist in filing a carrier claim when possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we may review and resolve the issue promptly.
